About the Role
Hill McGlynn is partnering with a well-established national residential developer to recruit an experienced Site Manager for their project in Sittingbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and driven professional to oversee residential phases, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery on a large-scale development.

Key Responsibilities

Managing all on-site activities for residential phases, from initial groundwork to handover.
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project progress.
Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained and adhered to on site.
Monitoring project timelines, quality standards, and budgets to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
Implementing and maintaining strict site safety protocols and best practices.
Liaising with design teams, clients, and stakeholders to address issues promptly and effectively.
Managing site logistics, deliveries, and resource planning to optimize efficiency.
Ensuring all work complies with relevant building regulations and standards.

About You
The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience managing residential construction sites, especially with phases up to 120 units.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams.
Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Site Management, or a related discipline.
A track record of delivering high-quality residential developments on time and within budget.
